NJWEA offers two quarterly publications. EFFLUENTS is a technical magazine and SCAN is the Association‘s newsletter. Listed below is information concerning both publications regarding article submissions as well as advertising. Use this page to help us serve you better.

Effluents Magazine Article Submissions

Articles may be submitted to any member of the Publications Committee or via the web at njweapublications@njwea.org. Publication deadlines are:

Spring- February 15
Summer- May 15
Fall – August 15
Winter- November 15

Effluents is published quarterly by the NJWEA as an information and educational service and is not to be a standard of NJWEA. Opinions expressed herein are those of authors and not necessarily those of the NJWEA. No reference to any method, product process or service constitutes or implies endorsement, recommendation or warranty thereof by the Association.

SCAN Newsletter and Article Submissions

SCAN, an acronym for South, Central and North, is the newsletter published quarterly by the NJWEA for the membership of the Association with an emphasis on section news. Each issue has news from around the state on membership, section activities points of interest affecting the entire membership. Articles may be submitted to any member of the Publications Committee or via the web at njweapublications@njwea.org. Publication deadlines are:

Spring – February 1
Summer – May 1
Fall – August 1
Winter – November 1
