TCH Information

For TCH courses, you should remember the following:

• The course registrant name must appear EXACTLY as it appears on their license.
• The license number must appear EXACTLY as it appears on the license (with 7 digits including all zeros). Only one license needs to be entered
• The license classification must appear EXACTLY as it appears on the license.

Remember !! Responsibility for obtaining adequate TCHs for license renewal rests with the licensee.
