The State of New Jersey Underground Storage Tank (UST) Certification Program requires that all on-site work and report preparation on UST systems be performed by a certified individual. Certifications must be renewed every three years. As a condition of the recertification application, applicants must attend a course on the UST rules and regulations.
This course satisfies the requirements of the P.L. 1991, ch. 123 for attendance at a course approved by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection on the Department’s rules governing underground storage tanks

The 96th Annual Conference and Exposition of the NJWEA is the largest and most comprehensive meeting of its kind in the northeast. It is the place for environmental professionals to meet and learn.

23 scholarship awards are now available each year, each from $2,000 to $2500 and totaling over $43,500 annually.
These awards are intended for both graduate and undergraduate students, including those attending county colleges.
The deadline for applications is March 1st, with the NJWEA Awards presented by the President of the NJWEA at the Annual Conference in Atlantic City at the Bally’s Hotel and Casino in early May. Section Awards are presented at award ceremonies scheduled by each Section.
